Professional Services Fee
Our professional services fee covers all aspects of your trip planning, including initial consultation, research, reservations, and post-trip follow-up. This fee is non-refundable once the trip planning begins.
Travel Insurance Acknowledgment
Emergencies and unforeseen events can occur when you least expect them. Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel' strongly recommends all clients purchase a travel insurance policy to protect their investment in the event of unexpected disruptions. Travel insurance can help cover:
Trip cancellation
Trip delay
Trip interruption.
Missed connections.
Baggage loss or delay
Medical emergencies
Emergency medical transportation
Most health insurance policies do not provide coverage outside your home country, so it is crucial to ensure you have comprehensive coverage while traveling.
Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel' can help secure a quote for travel insurance, or you may purchase it independently. Please note that certain coverage, such as for pre-existing conditions or supplier default, may only be available if purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter, depending on the policy terms.

Payment Terms & Credit Card Authorization
Payment Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid by the final payment date specified in your booking confirmation. If the final payment is not received by the due date, Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel' reserves the right to cancel your reservation. All payments made toward the booking are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the supplier’s cancellation policy.
You must provide credit card authorization for each transaction. By authorizing payment, you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Booking, including our cancellation and refund policies. Please be aware that travel suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, hotels, tour operators) may impose strict penalties for cancellation or changes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each supplier (e.g., cruise lines, hotels, airlines) has its own cancellation and refund policy. By booking with Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel', you agree to abide by the cancellation terms provided by the respective suppliers. Please note:
Cancellation penalties may include forfeiture of your deposit, partial refund, or no refund at all, depending on the timing of the cancellation

Supplier Terms and Conditions
Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel' acts as an agent for cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel-related service providers. Each supplier has its own Terms and Conditions that apply to your booking. It is your responsibility to review these terms and understand the rules, fees, and cancellation policies.

Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, entry requirements) are valid and in order for the destination(s) you will be visiting. Sea the World 'Cruise & Travel' cannot be held responsible for any travel disruptions resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
